New Business Director: Thomas Friedrich

GTX announces yet another crucial addition to its team: Thomas Friedrich has been appointed Business Director and will be developing business as the interface between sales managers and sourcing. He has been gathering experience in the mobile messaging industry since 2001, with a proven track record in SMS sales, business development and acquisition. “I’m optimistic that my experience in the market and my international network will help develop GTX’s position in the coming years.” His analysis: There is still a lot of unexplored potential to commercialize in mobile messaging, especially in connection with authentication and transaction confirmations. Thomas Friedrich is set to develop GTX’s profile in these fields going forward.

privacyIDEA integrates GTX for Two Factor Authentication

New integration partnership for GTX: privacyIDEA, the open source two-factor authentication system, has integrated GTX Messaging into their trial portfolio. From now on, users of privacyIDEA can use the GTX SMS gateway to verify critical customer data. This integration proves the high quality and reliability of our applications.

New Team Member for Enterprise Sales: Daniel Dinnebier

Daniel Dinnebier, who studied media management and has been working in the mobile industry since 2006, was announced as the latest addition to GTX Messaging’s team. Dinnebier will focus on sales of SMS services to enterprise customers and aggregators. He has been working with GTX since 2013 as a external consultant already. Prior to that, he had been working for other SMS messaging and app development companies.

New Team Member for Sales: Constanze Hüffner

GTX is proud to announce hiring a new team member to drive sales. Constanze Hüffner, a graduate of Economics, joins the team after five years working for GTX’ parent company, Venista Venture, where she had gained insights into the mobile industry. Constanze is taking the lead as the Cologne-based SMS specialists seeks to build and deepen relationships with small and medium-sized retailers and services.

GTX gains a new competent partner: medXso. Combining their appointment software TimeControl with the SMS-gateway of GTX, practices can easily and reliably remind their patients about an upcoming appointment. Furthermore, relevant patient data can be transferred and treatment rooms managed easily. Thus, this cooperation helps to make everyday practice more efficient in the long run.

ZAS & Seminarstarter work with GTX to integrate SMS in temp work administration

 

Dresden, Germany-based brands ZAS, a specialist in software solutions for small temporary work companies and their administration, as well as Seminarstarter, a provider of solutions for education workshops, and GTX have started a co-operation. 

Both brands are managed by Olaf Michel. He explains: GTX offers services of high relevance, with a very interesting pricing model and also a very dedicated personal service to help get the most out of SMS integration in ZAS and Seminarstarter.

Frank Tüting appointed managing director of GTX Messaging

Company now headed by two-person management 

 

With immediate effect, Frank Tüting has been appointed managing director alongside GTX company founder Oliver Zabel to lead the German SMS specialist. Tüting, born 1971, will claim responsibility for the international growth and business development of GTX, which includes new cooperations as well as adding use cases. 

Having spent many years in the telecoms industry, Tüting is an experienced manager with detailed knowledge of the messaging and mobile marketing sectors. He had been working for GTX since the beginning of 2015 as a freelance consultant. Prior to that, Tüting worked as advisor to various companies of the Venista Ventures group. A graduate of Economics at the University of Oldenburg, Tüting started working in the telecommunications industry in 1998. For the past 13 years he was self-employed and a consultant for numerous clients.

Shopware Easy Notify Plugin

GTX integrates SMS interface
in Shopware plug-in

In collaboration with Net Inventors, a Shopware partner from Hamburg, GTX has integrated their SMS interface in "EasyNotify". A Shopware plug-in that can be acquired via, amongst others, the Shopware Community. The "EasyNotify" plug-in, in combination with a GTX SMS account, enables users to send SMS messages directly from the Shopsystem.

Whether it's a birthday discount or a shipping confirmation, EasyNotify and GTX enables you to keep your customers updated on every turn of events. 

The first three customers who install the EasyNotify plug-in will receive a full refund, provided by GTX, in the form of a 100 euro SMS credit.
